The continuously growing Go North-team consists of entrepreneurs and highly driven individuals, who together are creating an ecosystem of e-commerce entrepreneurs, empowered by our expertise.

As a Junior Legal Counsel at Go North, you will work within the legal team with various tasks, such as drafting and maintaining templates, support the other functions within the organization within legal matters, GDPR compliance and IP matters.

In this position you will Go and;

• Collaborate with chief legal officer to provide legal support and guidance across the organization.

• Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including agreements, and policies.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Assist in managing external counsels.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of legal compliance programs and policies.

• Assist in conducting internal legal training sessions to enhance legal awareness among employees.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR and Finance, to provide legal advice and ensure compliance.
