The Product trade and Compliance specialist will be a part of the Sustainability team and work closely with other departments in a cross-functional role. 

In this position you will Go and:

• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on products and suppliers to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations with a focus on trade

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures

• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

• Provide guidance to internal teams on compliance matters related to product listings and trade regulations

• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices

• Support Brand managers and other roles within the supply chain in product development projects.

• Contribute to the onboarding process of new products when acquiring new brands.

To enable Go North to continue to scale and be Sweden’s next hyper-growth company, we need people with the following skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, with a focus on products and trade

• Strong understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards, including but not limited to FDA, CPSC, and EPA

• Experience working with Amazon and/or other e-commerce platforms is highly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Results-driven with good leadership skills, including project management

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Used to work in a high-paced environment and in a fast forward company

• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
