We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Amazon Settlements Specialist to join our finance team! As an AR/Amazon Settlements Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring Amazon's bi-weekly settlements, accruing for the right amounts, reconciling monthly reports, and ensuring sales VAT is captured in the correct general ledger accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Amazon's bi-weekly settlements for each brand and ensure sales are filtered out correctly with the right general ledger booking dates from Amazon fees.

• Accrue the right amounts for coming Amazon settlements at month's end.

• Monthly reconciliation of Amazon reports and general ledger accounts for their items.

• Ensure sales VAT is captured in the correct general ledger accounts.

• Identify overcharging and hand it over to the Director of Continuity for reclaiming.

• Work with goods and inventory management to ensure that revenue is correct/fair based on the cost of goods sold.

Key Qualifications:

• +2 years of experience from a finance department within the Amazon space with AR or Settlement

• Degree in finance with an interest in financial analysis.

• Strong analytical mindset

• Excellent written and verbal communication and English skills

• Used to work in a high-paced environment

• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
