With our strong growth agenda, Go North is in need of a Senior Brand Manager as we expand our team. This role is perfect for you if you are looking for a role in which you can use your experience working with brand/product management while working in an entrepreneurial environment. As a Senior Brand Manager at Go North, you have full responsibility for our flagship brand's success and its growth on Amazon and other marketplaces. Executing strategies and day-to-day activities will be in close collaboration with specialized teams.

In this position you will Go and;

Take on your Senior Brand Manager role with your entrepreneurial and business-oriented mindset. Play an important role in helping us to live our dream to Go North. You will have the responsibilities of:

• Complete ownership of your brand portfolio, from growth planning, marketing strategies to execution

• Taking charge of your portfolios P&L - with your role being to continue to grow them further

• Driving market expansion strategies such as the launch of new products and expansion into new Amazon markets

• Building strong teams and collaborations with supporting functions

• Ensuring your brands positioning in search rankings by updating and maintaining product listings on Amazon

• Day-to-day maintenance of the brands to ensure the success of the portfolio. This includes: chasing Amazon tags, monitoring relevant metrics, understanding market trends, changing customer profiles, demographics, daily reporting, pricing changes and inventory planning

• Preparing reports on a regular basis on your brand's performance and collaborating with different stakeholders

• Working closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure accurate inventory planning and optimal pricing

• Process improvement for your portfolios brands, including product packaging optimization (and let's not forget sustainability in the optimization)

• Supporting new brands to Go North, and your portfolio

• Striving for new improvements for your brands

• Keeping sustainability improvements at the heart of all of your brands

To enable Go North to continue to scale and be Sweden’s next hyper-growth company, you will have,

• 5+ years experience within e-commerce, brand management, product manager or you have an entrepreneurial background

• Experience in managing portfolios of high revenue brands in the Amazon space

• A proactive/self-driven approach

• Comfort when it comes to working with numbers and analytics (especially when it comes to reporting your portfolio's performance)

• Led others in either projects or within a management position

• Experience working in a high pace or start-up environment. We are also open to those who have the dream to work in this environment

• Attention to detail and striving for perfection at the core of your being

• Fluent English skills is a requirement

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to join a young and growing company

This is a permanent position, reporting directly to the Brand Portfolio Manager. Our Headquarters is in the heart of Gothenburg but we offer flexible working hours and a remote workplace.
